Relevance of Needonomics in South Korea of Today

Special Lecture by Prof. Madan Mohan Goel

On May 15, the Asia Institute under Special Lecture Series organized a guest lecture by Prof. Madan Mohan Goel, Vice Chancellor, Starex University, Gurugram, India, on the topic “Relevance of Needonomics in South Korea of Today”.

The webinar was conducted by taking place on the Zoon platform and having participants from countries such as Thailand, Korea, USA, India, etc., The webinar was organized with the aim of highlighting Korea’s growing social problems and how to reduce and control those problems by using ‘Needonomics’. Participants responded well to most of Professor Goel’s suggestions.

The seminar closed with recommendations for the new Korean government under President Yoon. Prof. Emanuel Pasterich, President of the Asia Institute gave urgent attention to the growing social problems in the country. Prof. M.M. Gol. gave a welcoming address and speech on the achievements. At the end, Dr. Lakhvinder Singh, Director of the Peace Program at the Asia Institute He also talked about the need to adopt a simple, needs-based lifestyle.
